Remote consultation provides professional diagnostic guidance and a testing or repair plan—not a guaranteed diagnosis or repair. Payment is required before the session and becomes nonrefundable once information review, analysis, or the consultation begins. Additional time requires your approval. Customers are responsible for performing checks safely. We do not provide emissions-delete or safety-system bypass instructions.

What is included in the $175 call-out?

The $175 diagnostic call-out includes the first 20 one-way miles and one diagnostic hour. We explain any additional mileage, labor, or repairs before moving forward.

Can you diagnose a 5 MPH derate on site?

Yes. We diagnose DPF, DEF, and SCR faults and can perform a forced regen when the truck permits it and conditions are safe. A regen alone does not replace finding the cause of the derate.

Do you work on fleets and heavy equipment?

Yes. We provide mobile diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance for commercial trucks, fleets, and equipment at yards and jobsites.

How does remote diesel diagnosis work?

Choose a remote package in the booking form and send the fault codes, VIN or engine information, photos, health reports, and available scan-tool data. For the written-report option, your files are organized into one case, reviewed by Onsite, and delivered by secure email with findings, a test plan, and recommended next steps. Remote guidance does not guarantee a diagnosis or repair.

When is a remote consultation nonrefundable?

The consultation becomes nonrefundable once Onsite begins reviewing your information, analyzing the case, or conducting the call. If Onsite cannot confirm the session, the payment is refunded. Additional time is charged only with your approval.
